• Investment agreement data: minimum 10 years after the end of the investment relationship
• Enquiry and consultation data: up to 3 years from the date of last interaction
• Marketing consent records: until consent is withdrawn and for 1 year thereafter
• Website analytics data: typically 26 months in aggregate form

When personal data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
